Parents and caregivers are responsible for supervising their child’s play. Children must be supervised at all times
Non-slip socks are required in all rooms.
No outside pizza, cake, or cupcakes
Food & drink ONLY in the reception area
Parties must be scheduled.

We’ve put a lot of thought into Parent, Grandparent, and Guardian amenities and ensuring you have a good time during your visit, too! Snacks and drinks are available for purchase at our front desk. You can also sit back on a comfy couch, massage in the chairs, and enjoy our free WIFI. Don’t forget your socks!

What if our Play Pass is not for you? If you are not enjoying your Play Pass and wish to cancel during the first month, we will waive the 30-day notice, and you will not be charged for the second month. (But we know you are going to love it!)

Play Pass belongs to the registered child. Any adults are permitted free admission with the child. Discounts apply to any children or adults living in the same household as a child with a Play Pass. Play Pass paid monthly is ongoing, and payments will continue until you request to cancel. Cancellation requests MUST be emailed to whizkidsnaples@gmail.com. A 30-day notice is required for all Play Pass cancellations.
